nice selectiongood location
I loved the really good service. The staff provided tea with a kettle and some very nice tea selections. The location made it easy to access transport for the Zoo, Japanese Gardens, and the airport.
The room felt quite small. This made it a little difficult to relax.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly. I received great dinner recommendations from the desk. The hotel is located within walking distance of all downtown attractions. The communication before i arrived was good.
The rooms are only cleaned every three days. This is unacceptable for a hotel. I find it very surprising. The hotel is part of small luxury hotels of the world. It must provide daily service.

The staff was cute. They gave helpful information. The hotel provided complimentary beverages each evening. This was a nice treat after a long day.
The bathroom was tiny. It felt old. I found the lobby couches had tattered leather. This made a poor first impression.
